Captain Mingo was born and raised in Rockport. He has been fishing and playing in these waters all of his life.

Captain Mingo is a USCG licensed Ocean Master with 1600 gross ton domestic waters and 3000 international.  He has over 30 years of experience.

After traveling to foreign countries such as Albania, Sierra Leon, and the Dominican Republic, carrying food for the Food For Peace program, this captain is now ready to take you through the waters of Rockport and her surrounding areas.

Captain Mingo is a member of the Rockport-Fulton Area Chamber of Commerce and has been featured on FishRockport.com
